1.准备好所需食材。

2.小米辣切段,大蒜切片。

3.白萝卜洗净,切成大小均匀的薄片,放入6克盐拌均匀,腌20分钟。

4.调个料汁,碗中放入5克生抽,140克米醋,80克白糖,60克凉白开搅拌均匀。

5.白萝卜洗去盐分,握干水。

6.放入无水无油的容器中,一层白萝卜,一层小米辣蒜片。

7.全部放好以后,压一压。

8.倒入调好的料汁。

9.盖上盖子放入冰箱冷藏。
